MES 40 grate support wrong?

Hi Just got my MES 40 today, assembled it, but it look like one of the grate supports are built wrong, on one side the key holes are up side down, unless i am missing something.

I will try to post a picture.

So what do you think?

Maybe the inspectors were tired! I didn't have to install mine, it was already in there.

It still works, just there in not as much holding the rack as it just grabs the top of the key hole? do you think a guy should try to get a replacement from Masterbuilt?

barkman, evening.... Sure.... I would get a new rack support..... e-mail them the picture and I'm sure their response will be quick....  Use the bad support in the mean time..    Dave
