MES 40 - Can you Low Temp Smoke?

Hey Guys,

Been a while since I,ve been on here. Thinking about buying an MES or maybe a Bradley. I am curious if you can low smoke on the MES and has anyone had any luck doing it. Wanting to buy a smoker that I can do cheese in. I know someone who owns a Bradley and can smoke at 100 deg.

BO, morning..... Yes if you have a smoke generator like the AMNPS.....  You just don't turn on the heating element or burner in your smoker.....

100°F is still too hot to smoke many types of Cheese. Many Bradley owner buy the AMNPS to get the job done as well...JJ

I do cheese all the time in my mes by using the soldering iron in the soup can trick.

From cheese to bacon and anything else. Get a AMNPS and you can smoke pretty close to outside temps.
