The MES did great today! 7# butt and 60 wings. The wings came out awesome. 2 hours @ 225 then on to the 500 degree Weber for about 7 minutes. Soooo good! The butt should be ready by 6 PM. AMNPS worked great with a mix of hickory, apple and charcoal pellets. Also, filled the chip tray with lump charcoal. I’m liking the charcoal flavor on the wings.
