MES 30 just arrived -- need beginner recipe ideas

Hi Guys,

My MES 30 just arrived and unfortunately I have to work on Saturday but I still hope to get started on testing this thing on the weekend.  Can someone recommend some easy yet sure-to-please recipes to test it out on and get my feet wet?  I'll be using it in conjunction with my AMNPS.

Id say you need to make some ABT'S for appetizers. and do some ribs. the 3-2-1 or 2-2-1 recipees are all over the site just search and youll find them. Good luck and dont forget to season it first. Follow they're directions and youll be good to go.
