MES 30 element upgrade?

Hi all, tried searching and didn't see much, so apologize if this was covered. Was just wondering if the MES 30 digital 800w would accept the 1200w element https://www.masterbuilt.com/pdf-manuals/20070910-Heating-Element-Replacement-Eng-090126.pdf

Ramp times have been getting a bit slow for me and it doesnt help that my MES temp controller is 50*F off. Since it maxes out at 275*, Im barely at the 225* Im looking for as it is. The increased ramping would at least help there a bit.
