MES 30 Element Failure

Looks like a bad element.....  had thin spots in the core wire that caused overheating....  hope you can get a new element...   Any 800-1200 watt element will work if you can fit it in the smoker....  You may need to use fiberglass/teflon wire to hook it up...  so it will handle the heat...
