MES 30 and Amazen pellet smoker

My new MES 30 has been well used over the last three weeks and today I used it with the 6" pellet tube for the first time.I got almost 3hrs of full smoke from that thing,what a great little investment.

Yea it really makes a big difference in the MES smokers!

I have the MES 30 and use the Pellet tray. I have produced some pretty good items over the past 2 months with that combo. I went a step further and did the mailbox mod so I can locate the pellet tray outside of the MES 30, that way when I cold smoke, all the heat is away from the meat or cheese. It has worked very well so far.
