It's been 5 months since my last confession Q-view. My in laws came to visit from Korea have been eating nothing but Korean food the entire time they've been here. I decided they needed a taste of real American food, not just burgers and fries. Made some Memphis in May babybacks and they turned out all right. Though I think I would have been better off if I had used Jeff's recipe instead. I used his the last two times though and wanted to shake things up. Either way, we ended up with full bellies and everyone was pleased. Here is the Q:
