Had a busy weekend and did not think I would get a chance to "get my smoke on", last minute I found time to throw on a small pork loin.

Rubbed with garlic powder and Greek Seasoning. Smoke temp looking good.

1/2 way through. Time to insert probe and add more mesquite chunks.

I cooked this at 225 - 250 with Mesquite chips and chunks. Took 2:50 to get to IT of 153. This turned out super juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The wife said, "you can quit with the grill". Using a Masterforge propane smoker. Thanks for looking.

Great looking roast - I too could go for a slice of that right now

What brand is it? Do you like it? I got frustrated the last time I smoked. I pulled out my temp gauges and tested them like I always do. I put them in boiling water. Should be close to 212 right? It took me until my fifth one to get one that was accuate. The first four were off plus or minus by 20 degrees! Ugh. I wish I could find a good one that was consistent all the time.
