Had a busy weekend and did not think I would get a chance to "get my smoke on", last minute I found time to throw on a small pork loin.
Rubbed with garlic powder and Greek Seasoning. Smoke temp looking good.
1/2 way through. Time to insert probe and add more mesquite chunks.
IT is 153, time to pull off.
Plated and ready to rest.
Nap time for ~30 minutes.

I cooked this at 225 - 250 with Mesquite chips and chunks. Took 2:50 to get to IT of 153. This turned out super juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The wife said, "you can quit with the grill". Using a Masterforge propane smoker. Thanks for looking.
