Memorial Day Brats with Q-View

Greetings All,

Man, what a time we had on Sunday. We invited some good friends over to enjoy the Indy 500 and then the Coca Cola 600. The wife and I fired up the Pit Barrel Cooker early and kept the cold beer and hot chow coming all day starting off with some smoked pork loin, then some ABT’s (bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeno peppers) and then we finished it off with some fresh homemade bratwurst. Nothing beats good friends, good food and great racing.
