memorial day smoke around here, i smoked a pork loin, spatchcock chicken, ribs, and chicken wings. thats alot of food.
rubbed it up with some rub (lang style)

after smoking the loin for a few hours, i got the ribs rubbed down and ready for action
and the wings also, then cut the bones out of the chicken to spatchcock it. and rubbed it down
after 7 hours pasted the loin was ready to pull off smoker
the wings were also ready, i wish i could of made it to where every thing is ready at the same time, but i did not, now the spatchcock chicken is ready.
shortly after that the ribs were ready...
this is how the Lang family spent Memorial Day. remember that a full smoker is a HAPPY smoker. (thanks to all of our vets out there)
thanks to all to view my post...

It all looks tasty! But the ribs are a thing of beauty! Thumbs Up

Good thing you didn't get it all done at the same time.

I know I would have gone nuts trying to figure out what to eat first.

It is all very nice, but I agree with b-one, those ribs are exceptional.
