Well, things are settling down with the new software. The tech help has been great! A lot of the bugs on the back end that most of ya'll don't see have been fixed. This is just a note to let you all know how the new carousel works. We currently have space for 10 features at one time. At the bottom of the Feature picture box, there are a series of dots which can be used to advance the pictures, or go back to one you would like to view. The old side arrows are in the que to be added if they can be added. You should notice an uptick in the number of threads that get featured as the admins no longer need to approve the feature before it appears on the carousel. The new software will automatically grab the first picture on the post as the feature picture. So be mindful of that when posting your threads. Mods can select which picture to use, but it involves downloading the picture to our own devices, then choosing that picture when we go through the selection process.
