Did Meowys meatloaf.
Thanks for the suggestions, well worth the time. 5.5 hrs @ 240ish. Kids loved it, doesn't get any better then that , does it.
Did a cabbage, for the thrill. It is good. Stuffed with a stick of butter, topped with BACON.
Got to love that.

It used to be a creasote ring before I found this place.
Now its all good quality stuff.
I 'nuke my lunch at work and everyone starts talking about BBQ places they have eaten. I don't get it.

I wonder if you could smoke it and use it in a slaw recipe? Might be just the topper for a PP sandwich.

Cabbage was very good. Still had some crunch, which I like. I used a 4.5 lb, alittle to big. Read somewhere one was smoked w/Italian dressing in the core, that sounds like it would fix the salt issue. I needed to add more salt, it must really drink salt up. The butter went through every nook and cranny of that thing.
Don't think any of the smoke flavor made it through the outer leaves. So not sure how much different the cole slaw would be.
Very good side dish and a great conversation piece.
