Meatloaf for dinner

I had to stay home from work today to watch my daughter so I decided to smoke a meatloaf. Chuck with hot and sweet ground sausage.

Yum! Meatloaf is one of my faves. Especially cold, on soft white bread w mayo and pickles. Meatloaf sammy heaven!

Loved those days when I " had " to stay home to watch my baby girl . She's 26 now , and we are very close . Don't pass those days up .
