I agree 100%! I'm at 9100 ft in CO. I don't even use my grill that is right outside the back door. Even have to limit the dog's time outside. I'm fine inside with the fire going.
NICE! When I lived in the city I grilled almost year round. Not so much now.
Im near Conifer, where are you located?
 
I mixed one up last night and going on the KJ this afternoon! Great minds think alike. I usually go at 250-275 for a couple hours. Did you run it at 225? How long did it take to finish for you?

I set up my Kamado Joe for 225 using a Fireboard. The meat totaled 2.3 pounds and it was done in 3 hrs and 20 minutes.

9,100 ft? Geez! I'm a pilot and use oxygen above 8,000 ft!
