meatloaf and beans

here is the meatloaf i smoked yesterday, along with the modified wicked baked beans. i mentioned in a thread in the pork section, here, how i did the beans.

Looks great Chris. Nice smoke ring on that meatloaf. Did you add the pork into the beans?

nope, i did not add the pork to the beans. i meant it as a joke, "pork 'n beans" , the canned stuff you can buy at the grocery store. i made pulled pork, and baked beans, along with a meatloaf. i also did some ABTs, but they escaped the camera.

Its funny how those ABT's escape so quickly. I usually have to snap some pics as soon as they come off the smoker cause once in the house they're gone.

Looks great, I love a meatloaf samich. I always did my meatloafs in the grill. Now that I have my smoker, I can't wait to get one of them bad boys in there.
