Meat Smokin' bug has bit me!

My son has been meat smoking & processing his own summer sausages, brats & baloney for several years, so, this past Christmas, he gave me a new digital Bradley smoker which is a lot of fun using and hard for me to mess up on smoking meat. Now, I'd like to know more about it. I have Jeff's book on order, so, while I wait for the book and even after it, I'll be here learning from the best. By the way, I'm from Western part of Wisconsin.
