I cooked 4 Butts for a small simple wedding last night. it will be a little over 7 hours before it needs to be pulled. Any ideas on how to keep it warm until then. Usually I would foil and towel in a cooler. But not sure how that would do over 4 or so hours. I was thinking of maybe throwing in the oven at 170 foiled for the next 3 hours, then foil and towel for about 4-5 hours, but want to make sure it won't continue to cook at 170 and dry out the meat. Any advice would be appreciated.
