Next the upper right…..a boneless rib eye roast for Halloween ( ie 28 days dry aged for steaks) gonna be 2 2.5-inch for dry brine and reverse sear

Now the upper left……a brisket point…..will be for Nov 9 dinner (35 day dry aged)……will also be dry brined over night….

Now the honorable mentions….the bottom middle is 5 lbs is chicken breasts that will be smoked this week and 2-6oz Ahi tuna steaks to sear up for lunch tomorrow…..

Mrs Civil has given me a stern look and direction to NOT screw these up!!!! lol…..I hope I didn’t just jinks myself….

I need to plan accordingly for that night especially this year being on a Friday!Around here we eat early that night.
We eat early too….we usually like to go to the movies after but not sure there will be one worth going to see so will need to adapt…..at least the belly should be full……

I’ve been planning thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years means as well…..
