......cuz i can't help myself. anyways, she bought a couple of filets from Von's for me so we wrapped them with some of our fattiest buckboard, fired up the SFB, put a little smoke on them and grilled them.
got some lump going with pecan....
tossed on a "prime rib" burger for the kid.....something new on the market.
the steaks getting a little smoke while jr's burger is cookin'..........
after about 20 min and ready for some real heat..........
after the flip......uhhhhh, this could be kinda good!
