Dana, Do you remember their original logo? It looked like a Roadrunner..LOL I too love their Livers and Gizzards with hot sauce... The hot sauce is kinda sweet and hot for those of you that isn't privy to our fine KC Fast Foods...LOL

Here is their original logo... Gotta Outrun Wiley Coyote... Apparently they FINALLY got a graphics designer that knew the difference between a Chicken and a Road Runner...LOL

Fire It Up - I totally agree with you about the greatness of the Olive Garden Zuppa Tuscana soup. I have the recipe somewhere. If I can locate it I'll post it. When I made it last fall I used mustard greens instead of kale because that's what I had growing. This year I planted kale. That soup is awesome, as is their salad. Most of the other stuff, not so much.
