Mayo rubbed thighs on the WSM

Hi Al,

Great looking chicken!

I found this from Rib King's thread, I tried the mayo on 4 chicken in the WSM Saturday, they looked and smelled excellent, but I gave them away so I didn't get to taste them, gonna buy a couple of chickens tomorrow and give it a try for ourselves.
