Im doing my first prime rib on thursday, and I wanna really be sure of my temps. If I order the Maverick ET 73 online it wont get to me in time. Anybody know if they are sold in stores? If so, which ones?

I got mine at a local BBQ supply center. If you have anything like that where you live and get your supplies. Check there and also check hardware stores. If you have ACE Hardware in your area. Check with them.

I think I recently saw them at either cabelas or gander, I was in a similar predicament as you are a few weeks ago. I ended up using one of the wireless thermometers that has different meats and different levels of "doneness".
