I'm new here. I'm pretty new to smoking meats. I acquired a Masterbuilt 40" Digital Electric Smoker (model 20075315) this month. The smoker is on it's maiden voyage today with some pork spare ribs using the 3-2-1 method.
My only previous experience was when I smoked some ribs and a pork shoulder a couple years ago on a DIY electric smoker made from large terracotta pots, a modified hot plate, and some thermocouples on a controller.
I'm from Cleveland, Ohio.
