Sam's has a 30" electric smoker (digital) on sale for $150. Does that seem like a good deal? I got one, debating if I'm gonna keep it.

That is an old model but works perfectly fine. The price is good, though I have not followed them all that closely. The only issue is, that model had a high connector failure at the coil, easy to replace. Some versions had riveted back panels, PITA to remove, later ones had screw on backs...JJ
 
Thanks for the reply. I haven't even opened the box yet. But if it's riveted should I return it'? I haven't decided yet if I'm going to keep it.
