MasterBuilt 30" Propane Smoker

Hello, 

Should I season this smoker before using it?

I have an MES 30 electric, not the propane one... The manual said how to season it when I got mine... I'd assume you would, do you have the manual. If not you might be able to download one on the Masterbuilt site.

Just spray the inside with Pam, and fire it up with some wood chunks. Run it hot, 275-300 for a couple of hours. That should do it.

New to smoking but had to buy the big one.
