Well i got a master forge smoker from lowes on Friday. Fixed snack sticks and a pork butt. Had to finish the butt in a roaster. Unit quit working. I checked it at 5am and the keypad locked up when i checked meat temp. At 7:45 started working and worked fine until I checked meat probe temp at 10 showed 48*-63*-107*-46* then locked up again. Not sure what kind of arguement I may have but I want a refund not a replacement. maybe a bad model but wow first cook and its bad not a good sign. guess I need to kick out more money or just stick to my side by side. I wanted the ease of electric but has been a "shocking" disappointment.
