We love Mexican food and decided to make a south-of-the-border pizza this time. The "crust" is masa, and the toppings are black bean chili, mozzarella and feta cheeses, and pickled jalapeño.
You know I was given a really good salsa/hot sauce hybrid recipe that would go great as a "sauce" component for that.
I have eaten the stuff and it was great but I have yet to make it.
Let me confirm the recipe I was given and if it is good to go I'll let you know. That way if you ever want to experiment with it as kind of Mexican pizza sauce for your different Mexican pizza trials you have something that may fit the bill perfectly! :)

That sounds great tallbm - I'm always looking for new ingredients for pizzas, and a good salsa/hot sauce would be a great addition. Thanks for the like!
Thanks Richie! I do all kinds of pizzas from the one in this pic to pulled pork BBQ, and even a pimento cheese with sliced tomato. I built that oven from a kit several years ago, and just this year managed to put most of the finished look on the unit. Thanks you for the like!
