Awww cmon! what R U waiting fer.
I may try one this weekend, just afraid to change anything on my ribs, the last batch was incredible, dripping in "Sweet Baby Rays"

Here is what Ive come up with over the last year. Works well on Butt also

The Rub for 2 1/2- to 3 1/2-pound rack of pork spareribs
§ 1/3 cup firmly packed sugar in the raw
§ 1/4 cup paprika
§ 2 tablespoons garlic powder
§ 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
§ 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
§ 1 teaspoon rosemary
§ 1 tablespoons minced onion
§ 1 teaspoon chili powder
§ 2 Tbsp. ground ginger
§ 2 teaspoon coarse salt

I added the Rosemary recently, I haven't seen any rubs with Rosemary, but felt Rosemary and Ribs are meant for each other.
May try a teaspoon of Ground Mustard to kick it up a bit.
