Used my vacuum sealer for a quick marinade. 3.5 lbs boneless Turkey Breast.
SPOG & into the MES with pecan set at 245.
Outside temps dropped & made the MES struggle to maintain temp. Got the breast to 160 in 5 hours. Decided to bring it in & pop it in a 375 oven to finish it off.
