Marinated R/S NY strips.

Got a couple strips for dinner tossed them in some conola oil,bold worchestshire,garlic and the last of my Tatonka Dust.

Then cold smoked over cherry pellets in my AMNPS. Then grilled on the Weber gasser. Final product served with baked potato.
