approached me about doing an Throwdown so I said why not.
The theme for this throwdown is:
STEAK
For this throwdown It has to be a intact steak. The pictures above would be acceptable if you want to slice it for plating. We do not want to see the meat sliced up and mixed into a dish so this is what we mean by intact. Any question PM me and ill clarify and give feedback on your idea.

Any entries posted to the open forum, or my profile page will be automatically disqualified.
The codeword for this throwdown is: Madness or March Madness if you'd like, and must be included in your submission picture on a had written piece of paper.
Now onto the Outstanding prize packages being offered:

ThremoWorks RFX 4 probe unit:
Lastly, SMF will throw in a Thermopop 2. Everyone who enters will have a chance to have their name drawn to win this prize. Hopefully the folks who don't think they have a chance against the people with good photo skills will enter knowing they have a chance to be randomly drawn for this one.
The Judges Choice winner will pick the prize they want and the voting winner will get the other one.
TO SUBMIT A VALID ENTRY YOU MUST INCLUDE THE CODEWORD "Madness" ON A SLIP OF PAPER AND INCLUDE IT IN YOUR PICTURE!!!!!!!!!
