Found this at Costco the other day. We decided to cut the roast in half and make chops which went in the freezer:




Here it is all rubbed up with Moose's Rib Rub #3:





Put it on the Kingsford Oval at about 350 with some maple chunks. Here is the roast about 3/4 way:





I pulled it when the internal temp reached 160:





After it rested a while, the missus removed the bones so I could carve it. We both agreed this was some of the finest pork we've ever tasted:
