Smoking a little beef jerky today. Using an old Brinkman Goumet Charcoal smoker that I converted to a propane smoker. Will have some pics. If anyone wants info on the gas conversion I'm here to help. It can run at any temp you want it to and smoke or dehydrate, really easy conversion.
