Good day all. I recently purchased a smokin-it 3.5D smoker.

I want to try a batch of jerky using that smoker. I have the Bella generator and I will be hacking together a DIY jerky dryer blower.

I am wondering if anyone on the forum has experience making jerky with a smokin-it smoker?

Any tricks or tips for success would be greatly appreciated.

Follow, but no help … made some on my Breville smart Air Fryer/oven, and just got a new Nesco at a consignment shop. Of course, getting any smoke flavor a different story.
