The Boat Houses at Lake Texoma are just devastated as well as several Businesses around town. So sad. I hope my 40' X 16' patio roof holds out! Sure could of used a pole in the center beam.

That is constructed with steel I beam I don’t think you will have any issues.

The snow started here yesterday around noon and still going. I'm thinking we got about a foot, but hard to tell with the snow that was already on the ground. Chili going in the crock pot soon. I'm gonna have to suffer and smell the chili cooking all day while my girlfriend gets to go to work. She works for the city government. They closed everything else down for today, but she still has to go in.

About 14 inches here. We didn't get any high winds either. They're calling for a few more inches yet. Getting ready to get the driveway cleared. Oh joy!

Ended up with close to 11 inches here in Willard OH. This is the most I've seen since 2018. Not much wind or drifting so they are getting things cleaned up pretty fast.

My oldest brother lost the house he rented for close to 50 years in Florida. He staying in my parents house in Hart Mi with my youngest brother that we still have. Been a pretty tough winter on them! I think just need to sell the house and find something further south but he wont let house go.

We got just over 4” here in Northern Arkansas. Had more sleet than what I anticipated. Wind chill today of -17. Pretty dicken cold.
I did bust out my snowplow UNIT yesterday. It did well.

Now dealing with customers frozen water meters at work! Run your water people!

Halfway through the driveway I burned out the belt. I'm not crawling around putting a new belt on! Called for service. At least I got most of the stuff cleared at the end of the driveway.

Got about 12 inches here in northeast pa, but stay tuned east coast they are looking at another possible storm this weekend.

My wife called our daughter and family who live about 60 miles south of Boston. They are doing fine, about 16" of snow and no loss of power. I guess a bit of wind as the front door has a drift to about the middle of the door. She walked outside to show us the snow, and then got pelted by the grandkids with snow balls. At least they are having fun and staying warm. Bonus was no school for the yunguns!

Got right around 15" here. Now we're getting a little more this evening and the temperature is going down pretty quickly.

Yea... it's suppose to get down to 40 tonight.. I might have to put on a long sleeve shirt and some warm slippers...

We got lucky and don't have to clean any driveways this time around...

My thoughts and prayers for those not so fortunate.

Was trying to stay out of this, but the chill has dropped to lower Florida. Got rain this morning and temps dropped all day.
We're going on a "Tropical Island" day cruise out of Tampa on Thursday and the forecast morning low of 34° has me hoping the complimentary rum punch starts when we step aboard.

That stuff locks together and should span 8 ' , but that wet snow is heavy .

Should start melting today. Suppose to get in the upper 30's and sunny. My neighbors fell yesterday. A lot of businesses around town with awnings collapsed. The live stock stables building completely collapsed. Lucky nothing in there. Got it off most the truck yesterday. That was no easy chore! Basically beat it off little by little. Man that stuff was thick. Still got to get it off my bed cover. Should be able to get out tomorrow. Ready to get my corned chuck done! Was not sure how to cook but found old one I did in over with Guinness that had turned out good. Going to with that.

So this storm looks like it will cover half the country in a lot of snow. Looks like I'm up for 8 to 11 inches in Willard OH Temps for the next week or so have highs most days in single digits with negatives at night. I'll be stranded home tomorrow making a big pot of chili. How about your area and is soup on the menu?

I'll just stand back and shut up, being in S Florida. we are expecting lows in the 40's this week.
