yo dudes and dudettes, my "bullet style" char-broil electric smoker is outside all year long. i cover when not in use, with 33 gallon garbage bag. i use bungee cords to hold bag on smoker. whats a good clean and lube schedule?? how thouroly should i clean the inside?? top is getting hard to pull off the body, due to smokey gunk build up. smoke still escapes. should i do more than coat with veggie oil???===1 time a year.
