Now that my BBQ shack and patio are done, it's time to take the beast for a test-run. Doing 3 racks of spares with cherry wood.

And your off...

A little tip which I don't know if you know or not... Put three or four splits on top of the firebox... This will help them ignite faster when put on the coals...

Hey buddy, that is very nice all the way around. That smoker looks like it’s in beast mode and cherry is one of my fav woods to smoke with… love the slightest sweet smoke and the color it gives.

Love you setup and decor, so awesome. Want something similar someday. Especially love the “Made In USA” wall art. Cheers 🍻 to a maiden voyage! No doubt will be a tasty rib meal in your future.

Now knowing what they are, and they are a beautiful work of art… can you PM me with info. Have friends that are active or retired service members that I’d like to gift. Thanks bud.

There is nothing about your setup I do not like! The pit, the patio, the bar are all great.
I can tell that pup will keep you on your toes for the next few years.
Wish I was there...
