Picked up a new smoke hollow hearth xxl smoker a couple weeks ago and finally got some time to fire it up. Cured some chicken parts in Pop's brine for about 3 days, also did a few abt's. Smoked using some competition blend pellets in my amazen tube because I couldn't get the chip drawers on this smoker to cooperate with me. Was some of the best chicken I have had in a long time! Just a touch salty so will adjust for next time.

Everything looks real good and I like how your smoker is set up on the legs like that so you dont have to bend way over all the time

I really like the looks of those Smoke Hollow smokers.
When my Smoke Vault finally dies, I may look at a Smoke Hollow!
