Lurking from California

I have been reading the forums for a while now. Always looking for ways to smoke different meats. I don't believe I have ever introduced my self. My name is Walt and I live in California.

Out here we do have Tri-Tips and I have smoked several using tips I have read in the forums. I have never smoked a bad one. They have all turned out great.

I just want to say thanks for all the tips I have read here.

Like I said I have smoked several Tri-Tips and they have all turned out great. I actually did take photos of the first couple I did. Now if I can just figure out how to upload them here.....

I think this was the first one I smaoked and this shot was taken right after I took it out of the smoker.
