Lunch today from local BBQ joint

Went to grab lunch and they had a piece of butcher paper with “beef ribs today” on it. I said let me try that. Goodness gracious. The pic doesn’t even do it justice. This thing was ginormous! What kind of beef rib would y’all say this is?

One rib was 1.58 pounds! It was unreal good!

That looks VERY similar to the beef chuck short ribs I posted a few days ago. Same configuration, same grainy texture to the meat, and same shape of the bone. If I had to guess, I'd say that's what you got.

Looks great, have to agree with Robert looks like chuck short ribs possibly plate ribs.
