Anyone have any issues getting these pellets to stay lit ?
Have the Gen 2 ( sad ) , all 6 racks loaded with Malaysian Pork Jerky. Dried for about a hour before placing Amazen tray under water pan. Within 1/2 hr, tray was out. Had chip tube pulled out a good 3" for air flow. Had rain last night so slightly humid, so blamed on that. Dried a load in microwave and put In 6" Amazen tube. That also went out. Dried another load, put in other 6" , just barely smolders. Have to use chip tray. Tube barely even stays lit sitting outside. Frustrating, have full bag.

I'm just wondering about this brand and type of pellet. I have used others without any issues. Like stated, it wouldn't even burn outside the smoker. I don't think a mod is going to make them burn.

I'm not sure what the makeup of lumberjack pellets are, but I remember reading somewhere that they produce allot of ash, which may restrict your airflow in the maze or tube.
