Hi all, My name is LeRoy and I live in Southern Mn. age is 75 and am married with two children, both married and one grandson. am new to smoking. I have a CharGriller Deluxe #2828 with the side fire box. have only burned it once to get the oils out of it. looking forward to some smoked ribs and chicken to start. sure glad to have found this site, as it has already answered a lot of my questions.
