Smoke Blower
Alright,
I have a Maverick ET-733 back in the states and just ordered a Thermapen for instant reads here in Korea. I need a low cost wireless solution that is ....somewhat accurate for smokes here. I wouldn't really mind buying another Maverick except for the fact that I am building a 6-9 probe thermometer with wireless notification right now (on going project, will post in another thread) and just need something to get me by until my project is done and/or I get back to US. Any suggestions? I know another Mav is only 60-70 bucks, but if I can get by with 20 bucks I'd be a happier camper. I would like to monitor grate temp and one meat minimum here.
My thermo build...I have a MES and often I smoke 8 butts at a time. So I figured one for each butt... All accessible via your smartphone. But, like I said, another thread.
