Lovin' on some ribs!!!

I did some ribs today! Started about 730am with warmin' up the smoker.

Rubbed them last night and took them out this morning about an hour prior to putting them in.

3 hours of smoke (apple) and then 3 hours of foil and apple juice/honey/apple cider vinegar spritzing.

1 hour wrapped in foil and resting on the stove.
