Love the tray!

Just popping in to say I used the tray for the first time yesterday and love it! Simple to use and great smoke make this product so worth it. If I knew how easy and great this would be, I would have never bought my junky GMG Davy Crockett. I would have gotten this tray first!

Popped it in my MES 30 and a row and a half of pellets smoked for about 8 hours. Pretty incredible!

Bought it for like $22 at Home Depot and it came with a small bag of pellets. Can't beat the price in the grand scheme of things as far as how much I spend on meat alone.

Welcome to the club!

If you ever have issues with pellets keeping lit just microwave them for a 1 min 20 sec, pull out mix around and wait 2 minutes. Then microwave again for 1 min 20 sec. This will zap all the hidden undetectable humidity/moisture they soak up that you can never see.

Don't try to do straight cherry, cherry doesn't like to burn alone hahaha.
You can mix Cherry with another wood though and have good results. One of these days I'm going to lay down a light bit of mesquite pellets in the maze and then cherry on top and see if that does well. Mesquite burns really hot.

That's a good deal. I use a mailbox mod now for my MES30. I've had my AMAZEN tray in it for years, and it still works great!
