Run my Camp Chef, Smoking Tex or Traeger a couple of times a month. Tried quite a few things with mostly good results except for Tilapia. Oversmoked it in the Smoking Tex electric. Will try again.........

Yeah, I get the ones from Honduras (Costco). Nothing from China.

Welcome to the forum, miner! Over/under cooked, smoked, salted - happens.... but you learn from your mistakes.... A lot of experienced and knowledgeable guys on this forum who can help you if you have quetions...
