Cut up rib meat with some SBR bbq sauce, just enough to coat. Caramelize all up. When I was growing up this was are bbq minus being smoked. Didn't know the difference. Always had oven brisket, though my Mom marinated it for 3 days. Was always good.Oh well.

All thrown together. Put in a handful of brown sugar, ground black pepper, bout 1/8 c. of molasses, and the green stuff is pablanos had frozen from garden. No heat, wife can't take much spice. Hope to get a little from peppers. Gonna check for salt after simmers a while. Figure there's plenty from the meats. Thanks for looking

Darn fine looking grub there. The pablanos should add a touch of heat. I love those peppers.

They already look delicious. Sounds like an awesome combo of ingredients. I look forward to the final taste test report.None salt needed. Just perfect. (my bacon sometimes is salty, but just drink more water.
