I pulled a pork belly out of freezer. Not sure if going to make bacon or do something else? My frizor app says I have a half brisket and I was wanting to make corned beef but not where it said it was? I looked a little bit but there to much stuff in there to move around! Guess I will go buy a pre-made!

Chest freezer? milk crates can be your friend lol

We have the same problem, Brian.
It’s even worse with tools, I know I have a special tool, but don’t remember where I put it.

I found where I did use a chuck but I sous vide and spices where over whelming. Think I will just buy one this year. Hate paying for all that water!

I've used chuck roast before using pops brine with pickling spice, it's no brisket but came out good.
