i was at costco and decided to try and smoke some kielbasa sausage.

what are some of your favorite store bought you like to smoke?

Italian sausage. I make extra, then slice it up and let them simmer for a long time in Spaghetti sause. The sauce takes on a smokey taste from the meat.
